He was responsive and even took the time to explain details as needed. Bill was the handyman who came out- he is truly a jack of all trades and has experience as a carpenter to ensure quality work. Mirrors were hung straight... yes this is a big deal and one thing I was most worried about! Tv mounts were put into studs and wall electrical expertly avoided. He even took the time to explain how my outdoor lights worked best.

I'm a pretty handy gal but needed some assistance installing a toilet in my guest bathroom upstairs. I cames came in and had installed super quick and hauled away my old toilet. The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks.
