Ryan got here a little earlier than scheduled and was able to get our 13 year old AC unit up and running. We have been in this house two years and we were not aware that AC units do not last as long in AZ as in other states. He was very professional and also a nice guy. He explained everything and also emailed me several options to replace our old system. No one wants to hear that they need to replace their system, but you can’t be without it in AZ. We will be replacing ours within the next few weeks. We are very happy to have our AC working again. The response time was only a few hours from the phone call to the office to having AC again. Not happy with the performance of the installation of the new AC unit. Didn't work properly for almost six weeks. Had to replace parts and now our roof is leaking around the parts. Showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom staining the ceiling. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to be from the warranty department. He said we would have to call our roofer. This is from the installation of the unit not the roof which is now damaged due to having to have some many repairs on the roof.

We’ve used this company twice already. Our AC wasn’t turning on and they came out really quick thankfully it was an easy fix both times. He took his time to explain what was wrong and what we needed not just fixed it and left. They were quick on coming out mind you it was the summer when the AC went out we have two small kids at home so that was a big relief. We will definitely be getting a new AC unit through them. Would highly recommend to anyone!

UNRELIABLE!! Very difficult to the plumbers to show up. They no showed, showed up when they weren't suppose to, and were 2 hours late. Probably because it was warranty work.
