True View quoted a great price compared to other companies. They were fast at installing, and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. Texted my rep and he responded quickly.

My Patio door had come off the track and I wasnt able to close it completely, so I panic that I would have to miss work. I googled patio door repair and saw one for Valleywide Glass. Their prior reviews were amazing, so I decided to give them a shot. I called and explained my concern and within 30 minutes of my call, Colten and Ariel showed up to save me from my delima. Both guys were super nice. They explained why my patio door came off track and what I could do to help prevent that from occurring again. Their service was quick, but yet exceptional. During our first summer in our home several of the rooms were hot boxes! After some research and going to Home shows and street fairs we met and talked to Greg Johnson from Infinity from Marvin.
After talking to him and checking ratings, we had 3 large windows and 2 extra large sliding doors installed in phase one. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! The hot box rooms are no more!!! The installation was quick and the guys knew what they were doing. We are now looking at phase 2 and plan to have 4 more windows installed. Thanks Greg!

I was originally referred to Freelite by another window company to replace a large skylight in our home. They did fantastic job! I called them a couple of years later to put in a small skylight in a bathroom. Both installations have been free of water leaks for over ten years now. They use the best materials available and have a knowledgeable, respectful team.

Josh A, Bishop, and Trevor were so polite and courteous. They kept my floors and furnishings all protected during construction. Their service and professionalism was top notch!

Lied. Told me Glass would be ready in 5-10 days, took my non-refundable payment, then told me the glass would be ready in 20 days. Dishonest.

Best Glass really is the best glass! Friendly, helpful people, fair prices. They helped us make our bathroom remodel look great. We'll be happy to use them again for any glass or mirror project.

We had a sliding glass shower door installed in our hall bath & then a large glass panel in our master bath , all very recently. The installers did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. Very Accommodating & Professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME AND JUST HANGS UP WHEN I ANSWER. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM BACK THEY JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND HANG IT BACK UP

Attempted multiple times to contact and schedule a quote for 2 weeks with no answer/call-back. No indication on their website or voicemail that they are either out for the holidays or closed, or providing some other reasoning. I would not trust any work be completed by this company if they can't even return a simple phone call.

Working with IllumiNation has been a stellar experience. It started with our sales rep Tarry who was very thorough in walking us through the various choices on display in the showroom. He followed that up with an on-site visit to ensure that everything would work as we hoped. The one thing that sticks out is he prepared us with very realistic expectations of the whole process from delivery through installation and how accurate he was in what he communicated.

The installation team was exceptional and exceeded what Tarry had communicated as far as speed and quality of the install. We had 10 windows, a specialty window, and 3 sliders replaced, including a large multi-panel that required some extra know-how. Everything worked flawlessly and i was very impressed at how clean they kept our home and outside areas.

The owner came by and inspected everything and the team came back on one day after a quick phone call to make some adjustments. The owner himself stopped by when in the neighborhood a couple of weeks later and did an adjustment on a slider lock for us that was done in minutes.

Overall very impressed with the quality of the materials, process, improvement to our home, and the team. So much so that we have ordered two additional exterior doors from them and we're looking forward to that experience. After all the research we did, I'm glad our decision was well substantiated by a great company that we absolutely recommend.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

JR did a fabulous job installing our frameless shower door. He was on time, professional and fair in everything he did. I would absolutely recommend JR. He and his team our great.

Just got all of our windows installed and it was alot of windows. Wait time was not bad and very professional throughout the entire process. Windows and new sliding doors look great. The scheduling lady is super nice and always on point. Thanks guys!
