We received multiple quotes and AZ Valley windows was exceptionally reasonable, very communicative, and honest about timelines for delivery and installation. We replaced 2 sets of dated French doors with sliding glass and are super happy! Would happily recommend and work with this company again :)

AMAZING!! Nothing less than AMAZING! I have a 130 year old home with original window frames and Lou was diligent in maintaining the integrity of the original window frame AND ... he took some time to teach me about the intricacies of my window frame. Equally important was the fact that he didn't flinch when my 180 lb. great dane barked and barked and barked at him. Lou took the time to let my big boy get to know him and by the second time Lou walked in my front door, my dog was done barking at him ... I've dated dudes that have not been able to accomplish this with my boy in less than a year. LOU ROCKS THE PLANET and I am grateful for the remarkable service!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

I've used Clayton Glass and Accessories for four houses and wouldn't consider any other source. Great prices and selection brought me there but their customer service keeps me coming back! After a panel broke at a rental home Clayton Glass went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Problem being the unit was installed in California. The happily supplied the glass specs to a local source and provided me the hardware for replacement at a very reasonable cost.

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
