We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.

My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
