Best Custom Residential Construction in Phoenix AZ

We had them come out and check out our a/c units a couple of times and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. However, once they left and summer came our bills were higher than usual. We had another vendor come out and look and he showed us pictures of the mess that was left in the rafters: cut up pieces of 2x4 laying around, kinks in our lines which was seriously restricting the air flow, etc. This other contractor said we were probably only getting about 25% of what we should be getting out of our units. And Expert HVAC even had one of their supervisors come out and check that all was done right but he didn't bother to clean up the mess they left in the attic. Will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone!

These guys are absolutely awesome to deal with have used them in emergency situations also renos and remodels they always show up and communicate so clearly what the options are for the situation and good honest recommendations. I feel like they’re working on their own home and are super trust worthy. Owner operators and you can tell they care !!! I will continue to use them as I think they are the best AC company in the valley.
