Love our new windows! We had all of our windows and a bigger sliding glass door, requiring drywall and stucco repair, installed. The whole crew was fantastic! From the salesman coming to our house twice to the installers. They were prompt, very nice to work with, and cleaned up each day they were here. I’m really glad we chose them. The windows look great and I would definitely recommend!

We ordered Milgard bronze aluminum double pane replacement windows from True View. We love the windows, especially the arched windows in the front of the house. They are all beautiful! So many neighbors have complimented us on them. Chad was our salesman and was extremely patient and responsive with providing timely answers to the numerous questions we had and in working out some unusual window issues. The workmen were very professional, concerned about quality to get the job done right the first time, and they cleaned up the area beautifully. We definitely recommend True View!

We thought we would have to wait 10+ weeks to get our walk in shower. We we pleasantly surprised when they called letting us know they were ready to install our walk-in shower in 5 weeks. Wayne and Jason were on time, and very professional. The shower was installed in one day.

Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
