I locked my keys in my car at the gas station pump on a Saturday evening, called a bunch of places, a lot were closed and couldn’t help me. Another locksmith came first and worked on trying to get my car unlocked for an hour and 15 minutes, only to give up and tell me to call another locksmith. I called locksmith AZ, they got there within 8 minutes and had my car unlocked in less than 5. They were very nice, quick, efficient, professional. I’ll recommend to anyone who locks themselves out.

Unfortunately Metro lock was an hour and half late, I called and there had been an emergency (I understand, I just would have appreciated a phone call). The technician was not aware he was late, so there was poor communication on their part. Once the locksmith arrived however, everything went smoothly and was professional. They did an excellent job.

3 words adequately describe my experience with JT's Key and Lock. Courteous, Prompt, and Professional. My mailbox lock broke and they were able to come out the next morning to take care of it. Their charge was less than several other local locksmiths in the Casa Grande area and there was no fee for them to show up. Jeremiah was great to work with and explained everything he did. I highly recommend this company if you need a good locksmith.
