Their staff was knowledgeable, kind, and upfront on pricing and timeline from start to finish. Also, Andrew and Brody did a fantastic job with the install. I called with a concern after a high wind And lots of squeaking that my large window glass was loose and going to break. Valleywide came out the very next day and checked it out. They discovered the cause of the squeaking. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They are one of the few window places I found online that offer repair instead of replacement when appropriate. Well done.

Best Glass truly is THE BEST!Over the years, I've used Best Glass for everything from replacing the glass in my '67 travel trailer & the windshield in my '65 Ford to creating custom mirrored strips to surround a wall-to-wall mirrored wardrobe unit. Bob is by far one of the kindest business owners you'd ever hope to meet. Time after time, he's worked patiently with me on my many oddball projects. My insurance company took care of all the details. I thought I just had a starburst chip in my windshield, but turns out there was a crack hidden in the design around my rear view mirror. Reliable replaced it in less than an hour. Great work just wish they weren't so busy!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

This roofing company was so helpful when it came to getting a new roof. Whether it was discussing the quality of shingles, to even choosing the colors! They were incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through every single detail of what needed to be done. Their work was prompt, professional and they didn’t leave any mess behind! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.

When our windows were delivered they were not what we had originally ordered with our salesman. Because of COVID we had to do a lot by scanning and emails. In that process, the obscure windows we had originally requested were not delivered since the back and forth with emails I did not catch the change to all clear. However, for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, they don’t even come close. I even had to go to our city hall and obtain the building permit—which was not credited to our account until I contacted the Affordable Windows office. I had paid half upfront to order the windows and the rest was due on the install date. However, since we did not receive what our original order had been with our sales rep (Rudy) I did not want to pay for something I had not ordered. Our original windows were obscure in the bath area so replacing them with the same would only make sense. The installers called the owner who in turn called me.

Jeff, the owner, was such a bully over the phone I finally had to hang up. He called me a cheat, liar, an old man who didn’t have a memory any more, cursed multiple times (will not repeat what he said on internet), called me a loser, and many other derogatory names. He also denigrated our salesman saying Rudy was old and would not remember what he sold.

Jeff (he owner) has no customer service qualities, and our salesman (Rudy) never called us back to apologize for the problem. You are probably better off with another company who sells the same brand.

A few positive statements: the installers were courteous, clean, on time and fast. The windows are what we were told in terms of size and quality.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

Top of the line customer service and install technicians. My windows look great. Thanks again guys.
