Best Window And Door Replacement in Phoenix AZ

We moved into our house the 7th of June, Hot! All the windows rattled all the time, single panes, aluminum frames. Our 1st SRP electric bill was $388. A full month after window installation our bill dropped to $209. All installers were great. Cleaned up after install, including taking away the metal wrought iron we requested be removed from over the windows. Leo the owner has verified we are happy with our windows and sliding patio door. We prefer family owned and operated businesses. We highly recommend LJ Neal and sons. Definitely worth the cost.

Couldn't even show up for the consultation appt did not call until 30 mins after the appt we received no call prior to say he was running behind.

The installers arrived on time and completed the removal of 2 windows and installation of 2 new Anderson windows. They were very professional and completed all the work and cleanup in a short amount of time. We will be having other windows replaced in the future and will be staying with Anderson. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have windows replaced.

I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to write my experience with Best Glass. I called Best Glass on a Monday and they were ready to schedule and install the very next day. The lady I spoke to to schedule was great. I believe her name was Sarah. She was very nice! The gentleman who came to install my windshield was Ron. So Professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He pointed out I was missing these plastic pieces near my windshield/hood. The last company to replace my windshield took these pieces and never put them back. Ron went out of his way to track down these parts at his shop. I got a call the next day that Ron was at my car saying the pieces have been installed and it’s taken care of. Now that’s service!! Best Glass went out of their way to install missing pieces another well known glass company took from my car. I HIGHLY recommend Best Glass. Thank you all for your hard work and impeccable customer service.

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.

I highly recommend IllumiNation Window & Door Co for the great job they did replacing all of the windows in our home. After doing a fair amount of research and comparison shopping, I am sure we made the right choice. The moment I walked into their showroom, I was greeted by Josh and he spent a considerable amount of time explaining the different window companies, window types and was able to answer the questions I had. Anthony, the owner, came out to our house to take measurements and explain the installation process. He also had some great suggestions on changing the configurations on some of the windows which turned out to be a huge improvement overall. Their pricing was excellent and the windows arrived about a week earlier than expected. Osmond and Jose were our installers and did great work along with a few other helpers that came in in as needed. All in all they delivered, installed and inspected the final product as promised. I would strongly recommend calling them if you are planning on new windows or doors in the future. SafePro provided an easy hassle free experience. When calling other glass companies across the valley, I received an uncomforting vibe. When I spoke to Paul at SafePro, he made me feel comfortable about the situation and that my car would be taken care of. I feel that Paul went above and beyond his expectations, but this could just also be the expectation of SafePro as an organization. What really put the cherry on top for me was when Paul three way conferenced my insurance company on the phone rather then leaving me on a wild goose chase to figure out what to do. Overall, great experience and will use SafePro going forward.
