I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

ABC Glass representative is color blind, I ordered Bronze, they installed a Black Sliding Glass Door, Told My Wife she didn't need the screen over the south facing stationary 8' wide glass door, in Phoenix. when they were removing the one that was installed. They did not install a new one, I had to do it myself, however it most likely would have been BLACK if they did, I had to change out the BLACK screen on the moving section of the 8' screen to BRONZE myself, Bugs can crawl in under the door between the door and frame, light shows thru at both ends about 3 wide, appears track was cut back too far from factory, BLACK frame installed with ALUMINUM colored Screws !!, I'll have to paint them myself, Frame is bowed due to the frame was not shimmed like a Journeymen Craftsmen would have installed it, Quality of installation is like a 4th grader !! I should have taken heed to the previous reviews, I thought people were just complainers, I didn't even address the lack of finish on the interior that I had to finish myself !! I paid full price and got a Half Ass Job in return, save yourself some heartache, do your homework. I'm a retired General Contractor,

Mary was so professional and knowledgeable, she helped make the insurance process a breeze and scheduling was no problem at all. Ron was out the next day to replace my windshield at my place of business. They're customer friendly service will surely have me referring others. Thank you again, Best Glass!!

I had a damaged windshield on my 2004 Ford Ranger. After searching a little I found ClearView. Tyler was the service technician that replaced my windshield and I couldn’t be happier. He called to update me on his time of arrival, was on time, and did an amazing job. Great guy and great service. I’m definitely going to use him in the future for all my glass needs.

Very friendly & very quick to install my windshield. Gave me the call back when it was ready & service was awesome.

Clayton, from Star Glass Company, arrived on time and quickly went to work to remove the damaged windshield, and to install a new one. In addition Clayton reinstalled an aftermarket front view camera.
I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He made sure that the auto interior was free from any debris from the removal, and cleaned the windshield both inside and out.
I would recommend both Star Glass and Clayton to anyone needing glass repair / replacement.

Needed a windshield replaced on a Kenworth T-680 tractor. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They even called to make sure everything was ok when I was running late for my appointment and gave me the best directions to get into their facility with a loaded tractor-trailer. Luis handled my windshield install and everything looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say Jim with Tacheny Exteriors was great to work with. From the first call throughout the process they exceeded expectations.

Just got ghosted by this company, after answering their text of where I lived - no response. Texted them next morning on if they where sending me a quote - no response. My first time being ghosted and it's from a company.....LOL horrible customer service. I wouldn't even give a star but they make you.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.
