Clayton took the time to explain the process, was very kind and professional. They cleaned up everything, took such great care and you can tell they take such great pride in their work. Clayton was also so kind in training Maurizio during the process. I was a little nervous to have this done, but the team as Glass Star made feel so comfortable with the entire process and answered all of my questions. Excellent people! Even Bryan who received my call to schedule went above and beyond making the entire process so easy for me.

Richard came out to my apartment complex last Friday and called me to let me know he was in the front. Explained I had a better area for him to work on my vehicle but we had to go around the complex because of roadwork. Some complications happened for us getting into the complex but he made absolutely no big deal of it. Explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. The time frame given to me was between 1pm-3pm and I got a call right at 1pm and my front windshield was fixed by 1:40. Great work and that man deserves a raise.

Never new replacing a windshield could be so easy, usually its like pulling teeth...Not with Paul @ Safepro, they are the easy as 1,2,3 glass replacement shop.

I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Jim is amazing. He always takes amazing care of me & my customers. As an insurance agent it's important that I have great people to send my customers to, and Jim always comes through for me. My windshield was shattered by something a semi kicked up on Saturday 2/22, jim had it fixed before noon monday 2/24. Everyone else told me Friday the 28th! If you need glass repaired, I recommend the only company you call be Southwest.

We had our house soft washed today by this team and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. Highly recommend this company and definitely going to use them annually moving forward to ensure our house is treated and looking fantastic!

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
