Best Wood Destroying Insect Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I've used Urban Desert Pest Control for both general pest control (they really helped with spiders and the wasps we'd get in the summer) and now, termite treatment. I like the general pest control because they don't require a contract and their pricing is reasonable. They've also always been on time and never canceled last minute or had any other service issues.When we saw the dreaded termite tubes, I asked other friends for recommendations, but also called the company we've already used for general pest control--Urban Desert Pest Control. We ultimately decided to use Urban Desert Pest Control for our termite treatment because the pricing seemed very comparable to everyone else--especially when you consider there is an automatic (and transferrable) 5 year warranty for no additional cost -- some places only had a 2 year warranty up front. They came out to treat in a reasonable time. Matt treated our house and was very professional and arrived on time. He reminded us of our warranty and to call if we see any activity in the next 5 years. Additionally, the company offers additional years of warranty for a very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend all the staff at Urban Desert Pest Control, but especially appreciated the service today by Matt to treat our home for termites. They do great work and have always been on time and professional in my experience with them.

Josh knows his desert pest stuff. Answers all questions and the control works well for where we live with scorpions of all varieties and general bugs. Josh also informed us of a potential termite invasion that was remedied by our annual termite insurance.

I have used Ambassador for years. They are professional, prompt and get rid of the creepy crawlies. Highly recommend Frank and his crew!

Contractors Pest Control is the best pest control company we’ve found. TJ, our technician, is thorough and communicates with us to let us know when he will be at the house and to see what we need treated. We back a wash and live in an area that is prone to termites and scorpions, but we haven’t had a single issue once we started using Contractors. They come monthly too, which is great, because we started having issues when our other pest control company cut back their frequency. So many of them now will only come out once every 3 or 4 months for service but still charge as much as they would if they were coming out monthly.

Annette and Ken are great - super friendly, always on-time and provide me with superior service compared to the other companies. They are not a franchise and so I never feel treated like I was just another number.

I also love the fact that they are able to help with all of my needs, including termites, and they give a free termite inspection. I will always use them for my pest control needs in the Phoenix area.

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
