Edited to add: They were fast at responding after my initial review. They came out again, to make it right. I am much better pleased with the results this time, and am happy with how fast they responded. They were not okay with a one star review, and that is good. I still see a few roaches every now and then, but not even every day, so I am pleased. With follow ups as needed, I feel the results will continue to be satisfactory. At this point, I can say I will use them again.I had them out three times to spray for roaches and I still have them. I am an extreme neat/clean freak and there should be no reason at all why I can’t get rid of these roaches! It is very frustrating! I went with them because they were the cheapest company I could find, but obviously, cheaper is not always better! I may have to just pay more for a company who guarantees their work. It is ridiculous to spend this much money and not have the roaches gone!

There are way too many honest exterminators to put up with these pests.I paid my last bill with Arizona Exterminators years ago and canceled the account. Ever since they’ve been purchased, the new company (Western Exterminator) keeps trying to charge us for service. We moved out of state more than three years ago, and they keep hassling us with new bills from services supposedly rendered way after we moved out. Stay far away from this company.

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservations to everyone I know! Working with them provides our family peace of mind and we are grateful to have found such a great company!

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!
