Jon Logan came out to my place and did a thorough inspection of the property to identify all areas that needed to be treated. He was very professional and answered all my questions about the process. He was very helpful in scheduling me a time that was convenient for me and my schedule and gave me a fair and accurate description of what work was going to be done.On the day of treatment, Casey came to the property and got right to work. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!
