This company is great and my technician is wonderful. They accommodate coming later due to my work schedule and they always show up on time. It is very affordable too. This is the first pest control company that I have stuck with for almost 2 years. Cannot recommend them enough.

The all pest and weed service is excellent. I have awesome weed service from Mark and excellent pest service from Greg. The billing department for this company really sucks. They double bill you if you are not paying attention. I pay yearly for weed and pest and they will try to bill me again during the year. The girls that work in the office are rude when I try to straighten out my bill. I have also had my service changed without notifying me. They changed by treating less area for weeds and charging the same amount of money. Just keep your invoices and pay attention to what they are doing. The service techs are great!

I just signed up today. Shane came to my door and explained their process. I’d just canceled my service with another company I’ve been using for years who couldn’t get rid of the scorpions. I took a chance and signed up. The service tech, Jeff, came out a couple hours later and sprayed the whole outside. So far, everything has been great and the price was right too!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Aldo and Joe have been servicing my place of business for years. They are very professional and make themselves available when they are needed! They are very much up to date on new products and technology! I would (and have) recommend this company! Best customer service! 10 out of 10!!!!

I should have posted this years ago. Lisa has been doing our pest control for almost 3 years now, mainly scorpions. When we bought the house in May 2019, we would find scorpions in the house, not a lot but enough to make us worry. As soon as Lisa started treating, we didn’t find any in the house, we would find them in the garage but they were already dead. I highly recommend her services, she has a lot of knowledge on pest control and knows how and where to target so your home is pest free.

Nick was able to get us scheduled right away. He was very professional and courteous. He was speedy, yet very thorough with his services. I love that he didn’t pressure us into signing a contract, like past companies we used. Thanks Nick for making sure we keep our home bug free !!

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

I have tried other pest services in the past but Green Home is the best one around. Their technicians (thanks Cameron!) are also the best - always on time and never any issues. And after they leave never any pests. Thanks for the great service!
