James was wonderful! He took the time to get down all the spider webs and everything else in his way. He took his time spraying for spiders and scorpions. I feel he did a wonderful job and look forward to seeing him again in 2 months!!

Always professional and courteous. They show up on time and make it easy by texting you with the date and time of your next service, so you never have to wonder when you are due for your next treatment. We never see any bugs/critters in our house now.

I had an emergency pest removal situation as a dead animal in my ceiling was found and the smell was awful, maggots falling from the air vent! I messaged them and they booked in the job. An hour after they were suppose to arrive they called me to say they couldn't do it. I am leading for a holiday in a few hours and have friends staying in my house. I didn't book anyone else and now it's too late! They have a $100 cancellation fee if I cancel, so why don't they give me $100 for wasting my time. The man on the phone was very rude and didn't give me any explanation for the cancellation or an offer to rebook. Very unprofessional.

Mikelle was our service tech and did an amazing job. She was friendly, knowledgeable and walked us through her service. She took the time to show us all the areas she covered and Jedi our basset hound loved her. Excellent company and service, highest recommendations!

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.

What professional team did they hire to write these positive reviews? We purchased a house with an attached garage previously treated by Beebe's for termites. The prior owners only had termites in the garage, but then Beebe's only treated the garage and not the entire house, so the insects just moved into the main living areas. When we see what they had done, we immediately hired a more respectable firm. Then every year we (who have had no business relationship with Beebe's) receive a bill demanding payment for renewing their guarantee. We are now forwarding these bills to the Arizona Attorney General's office. This is a very unethical company.

Let me start off by saying wow! This company goes above and beyond. Very friendly and communicative and know exactly what there doing. Very experienced. We had an infestation of crick-it’s when we moved into our house which also led to scorpions they came out for there initial spray and haven’t seen one since! I got there number while i was working on someone’s home doing remodeling and there house was infested with rats and let me tell you I’ve never seen so many rats especially as big as they were. The next week i went to complete my remodeling job and they had bags and bags of rats. This company is the absolute best and would definitely recommend to anyone. they even do bee removal.

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside.
