Very responsive from the owner Brad right down to the technician Matthew Lane. They were both very professional and responsive and took time out to explain everything from the inspection, what was found and what needed to be done and the price was very fair...good warranty as well. Matthew was very professional while performing the termite work. I would recommend this company very highly for any termite needs.

Have used for a few years. Always on time if not early for my scheduled monthly appointments. Very nice and accommodating to reschedule when I’ve left my gates locked. They do outside spraying but inside insects are almost none. Maybe a scorpion once or twice a year. I was usually seeing about 2-3 per month.

Our resident has a history of ant and termite problems. The ants were a big pain in the butt because they would be around the kitchen and bathrooms. Basically anywhere with water.

We are very impressed with Greenway Pest Solutions. Tegan was great at introducing Greenway to us and later on getting me in touch with Caleb who helped me decide what services we would benefit from. He made the process extremely easy and took the time to answer ALL my questions. We have pets so it was very important to me that they would be safe during treatment. Caleb went into detail as to why Greenway is safe for our pets and made sure I understood the products that are used and why they are safe. Our tech was Cole and he was amazing! He was on time took time to answer my questions, explained everything that he was doing, and made sure we felt his services were what we needed before he left. Will not use again. I hired them to come and do a termite treatment on a rental home of mine. I was told treatment had a 1 YEAR guarantee, if there were any problems they would come back out. 6 months later my Tenant reported Termite activity. I called Beebe's and I was told this was normal?
Beebe's did not go out and re-inspect. I have since had to hire another Company.

William and Jennifer have been treating my home since I moved to Arizona. We had a terrible infestation of roaches when we moved in, and they were gone after the first treatment.

About a year after we moved in two of my kids got stung by scorpions within a week of each other. William and Jennifer were on their way out of town and dropped everything to come treat the inside of my house. It’s been three years since and I have not seen a scorpion since.

I completely understand the science in the solution they use (thanks to William) and understand that it is completely safe for my kids and pets, but deadly to bugs and especially scorpions. Every time I speak to them I feel like I’m speaking to a family member, they are kind and personable. I highly recommend you use Foothills Pest Solutions.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
