Wow! These folks are the real deal! Great customer service and I’m so grateful to Tyler for going above and beyond for us! It’s hard to find service like that anymore! I hope the pigeons don’t come back but... if they do... it’s a great excuse to hire the same team here again! Tyler has a true heart for animals and goes out of his way to help them rather than just exterminate them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks Tyler!

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

These guys are the best. Devon is so nice and does such a great job. Heather is always available to get us scheduled when needed and when we heard something in our walls she got us scheduled right away for an inspection. I'm truly thankful for Bug Science and my home is pest free because of them. I highly recommend them if you are needing pest control.

Charles is very knowledgeable...I called him when I need an answer to a question that I'm not familiar with and he's very helpful

We referred to Aldo when our remodeling contractor found evidence of termites in the home we had just purchased. He was able to come over very quickly and treat for termites. He also explained termite treatment as well as pest control which we really appreciated as we were new to Arizona. The services offered by Arizona's Exterminator Company were just what we needed. Joel Robertson has been coming out to spray my home for years! He's very knowledgeable, kind and efficient the products that bulwark has have kept the bugs away and I'm very happy with the service.

Great service and results. Have used them for a year now and went from finding over a dozen scorpions a night when we moved in to maybe two a month now. Couldn't be happier.
