We had Bill's come out and evaluate our home for rats. He did a thorough evaluation inside and out and was able to share that we didn't have an issue and that the rodents were likely using our yard as a thoroughfare, not staying here. We happened to be sealing our home that day for desert life (mainly scorpions) and he was honest with me and let me know this is a very similar service to what they would provide. I appreciate their timeliness and honesty and not trying to sell me something we don't need. Informative and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I chose this company due to its high rating on Google and they did not disappoint! I had a tick infestation in my yard and they were coming into the house on my dogs. I submitted a couple of requests for bids from other companies that never got back to me, so by the time I called Urban Desert I was very stressed. They were so nice and got me scheduled within a couple of days. Jeremy came out and did a super thorough job and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier!!

We have been using Arizona Organic Pest Control for over 12 years in two different homes and have been VERY happy with the service. Specifically, Dan treats our home regularly and is super responsive to any issue that comes up. Ants, termites, and occasional wasps nests are inevitable when living in AZ - we have asked Dan to help us with all of these things and he always comes through! I also appreciate the fact that he helps us preventative measures and takes care of all of our insect problems fast!

I have several opinions about the different services I use. The good one first: I have every-other month pest control. My guy Seth is the best. He is conscientious, and is impeccable about getting all the spiderwebs, etc. If I have to recall him in between-times for a problem, he comes within a few days. Now for the bad: I also have a Termite contract with this company. Before the company, AZ Exterminating was bought out by Western, they were great. Now if I have a Termite breakout, I can wait up to 3 weeks for service, which is supposed to be quick during active activity. The annual bill is set up to be taken automatically, but now no courtesy call or email to make an appt for my covered annual inspection and to refill my termite spikes. Without the inspection, the warranty is affected.

I would highly recommend Arizona Heat Pest Services to anyone that needed treatment for bedbugs. Chris Krchnavy and his crew were excellent to work with. They did a good job with the least amount of disruption to our household. The heat treatment is the best that can be done and takes care of the problem with the first treatment. Keep up the good work.

They come every other month and service the front and back yard

We paid another exterminator to take care of a supposed rat problem in our attic. After months of them telling us-there is still activity, but no rats in traps yet, we fired them and did a few estimates with other exterminators who wanted to charge us 500-1000 dollars without even looking in our attic first.

Brought in Critter Tech, Jason did an AMAZING job actually going in and assessing our attic, discovered that part of the problem was birds and not rats, and even let us know how to handle potential issues on our own in the future.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

Very diligent and reliable. Came out multiple times over several weeks to make sure the problem was taken care of. Worth the money to get elimination done professionally. Recommend!

Robert (Bobby) and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, responsive and takes pride in his work. The previous company I used, put up netting which looks terrible. Bobby uses an optical gel which looks great and is not an eye sore. He went the extra mile deep cleaning and following up with me days, weeks later to make sure I didn’t have any issues. No pigeons and no mess to clean up. I highly recommend him and his company. I will continue to use him for my other homes.

Our experience with Terminix has been very good. Two years ago we called Terminix out of desperation. We had bed bugs and didn't know what to do. Terminix sent an inspector out who explained our options of treatment and took us through the whole process. We were very pleased with the results. Not long after that ordeal we discovered we had a nest of bees under a shed in our backyard. We called Terminix and it was taken care of immediately. Recently, we discovered the bees had returned to the same location. Walter Aguilar was sent out to inspect the situation. He was very thorough and took the time to explain why they came back and what could be done. The next day Dustin Dewitt came out and took care of our problem for us and suggested what we could do to keep the bees from accessing the same location again.We have been very pleased with the service we have received and look forward to working with Terminix as our pest control provider.

In middle of night heard clawing, later saw something scurry across floor, and opened a closet door to see a 6 rat tail slip into woodwork.

This morning contacted 3 other big name services online, no reply. Called these guys offering totally free inspection valleywide and they were here in an hour. Made a special arrangement to let me pay half at a time, and he did the full job immediately on the spot, sealing house and setting traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable as I did some research prior. I highly recommend you just call them and they're my goto for rodent control. Super service!

Update: We had an emergency attack; 3 shelves of food destroyed and mouse/rat poop everywhere. Huge knocking as another/ same creature aggressively tried to enter different location from below. No response from service, they told me to call in an emergency. We laid glue traps and caught a big rodent. Their traps never did work. Quiet now for two days, other creature(s) have gone away(?) $400-$500 for nothing.

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
