Called out to help control scorpions and it worked. We have not had a problem with them since. You can't get rid of all scorpions but it is under control. Blue Sky is dependable and professional. Customer service has been exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

I've been using Arizona Organic for years. They provide a great service and are very professional and friendly. My service tech Colton is providing great customer service by checking in with me before each service to see if I have any issues that need to be addressed. Way to go!

I wish I could give more STARS , Austin was wonderful. I take care of adults with special needs, there is NO messing around when a situation arises. He was here the day after I called, hours before my scheduled appointment. He returned ALL my calls and patiently answered my questions. My clients and I went to a hotel while he worked and the following day.

When Svc man is told three times I feel my home has fleas and he states “you do not have flea”! Then after the 1st spraying I call to inform him the new dog I adopted woke up covered in fleas...I describe this to him....and he agrees my home has fleas and is ready to set up an additional visit BUT it will cost me $250! Required no no visit to inspect...just pay me I’ll send my guy over there, verifies he knew what he was doing to milk another $250 out of me, a retiree with a set budget, he has no SHAME & terrible employee representing ARROW EXTERMINATING.

I have had the pleasure of Scott coming to service our rental home for three different, unrelated, wasp issues, and each time, he has been super fast, and he takes the time to chat with me about the issue and I end up learning a lot. He is so kind and personable, and he really knows hits critters. While I don't like having pest issues, it is really nice when a person like Scott shows up to help me.

We live in Glendale and have had issues with Scorpions since we purchased over 7 years ago. Over the last year we have worked with Ryan on our scorpion issue. Ryan suggested a product called Aversion. It is like a glass coating that is applied to the perimeter of your house outside and makes it impossible for scorpions to crawl up your foundation thus not being able to get into your house. It is a wonderful product and has made our home life so much better. Thank you Ryan for working with us and finding this solution.

I was told it was a free inspection. The tech called an hour before he was to arrive and told me there was a fee of $149+ to come out to my house. Not what I was told. I canceled and used another service with a free inspection.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
