Burns is part of our family. Russell is our rep, and he is the most dedicated professional young man - always so courteous and will go above and beyond to please. Burns participated in an effort to feed homeless pets at a shelter, but did not ask for money. They asked for pet food. We were so impressed and touched. Russell made a special trip to our home to pick up the pet food. They are a blessing in our community, and we have no worries about any pests in our home. Thanks. Kaye & Steve Helm

They have been treating our new house since November of 2017. We are on the semi monthly plan and if we have any issues in between they come free of charge. They are friendly, on time, and flexible with schedules. Very professional on the phone and in person. We will probably keep them forever!

Best heat treatment in AZ! Excellent customer service.

Don't know how effective their pest control service is yet but the salesman was far too aggressive and I signed for a year service, something that I would not normally do. Way too pushy. Also they came late in the day and wanted to do the work right away which interrupted my dinnertime. Also the salesman asked to use the bathroom which I did not like.

My wife and I had a serious fly problem, we couldn't open a door without having five or ten come in. We live around Pecos and McQueen and have never been bothered like this. We went to the store on Gilbert and Pecos for the first time and I am very impressed with the knowledge of the gentleman running this facility; he set us up with a spray and problem solved!! I will be going back this weekend for more and to talk to him about weed control. GOOD JOB!!

Chuck did an excellent job on my house. He really took care of the problem areas and the pests that were invading my yard and house. I really appreciate the time and energy he spent out in the heat to treat my house so well. He is very personable and I would rate his customer service as above average/excellent. I will try and request him for all my services from here on out. Thanks again Chuck, my beatles are almost completely gone.

No one loves too get bed bugs but we have encountered them twice. This place is family owned and operated so they can afford too give magnificent prices u won’t find cheap i high recommend this company I would give 10 stars if I could very friendly company

We have been using Lisa @ Pink Mantis for years. She is consistent and changes her treatments based on what we are seeing. Example. We started seeing a ton of Scorpions, and honestly until last year we have hardly seen any, changed her treatment to target the exact areas we were seeing them. That next week we had a significant decrease in seeing them, and I go out every night with my black light looking for them. She takes time to educate us on what works the best and what we can expect. We use her monthly. High recommended.

Did not screw it up. At 450 pm. I have a reciept I paid for at UPS store. I had to be at the court house by 500 pm. I will show everyone . I paid for copies of her court documents. I did not receive payment for that either . She owes me for the copies and my 1 hr time of waiting for her to send over the documents. Look up her name on Google and look at her other cases. She owes me $20 dollars and she is crazy insane.
