We have TJ for our monthly service. He always notifies us a day before and gives us a 2 hour window by text. When he arrives he always asks if we are having any problems and then he gets the work done. Perfect!!

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

Pricing is great, no contracts which I love! They spent a great amount of time showing us what areas the bugs may be coming in from. Since they sprayed our new build, we haven't seen any scorpions. We even went out to hunt after the landscapers dug up the yard to install drip lines and didn't find any creepy crawlies! Love them, great company!

This company is by far the best thing that has happened to us. They guarantee ? they will get the job done! They go above and beyond there job duties. They have superb technicians with excellent ? customer service skills. There phone agents are amazing they listen and take the time to address your concerns. I recommend this company you will not regret it! They are worth every penny!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

The son is rude

A guy came to my apt today...he s the wort human being I have ever seen...worst behavior..very rude..I was feeding my 6 month old baby inside bedroom...just like that he came inside without knocking my bedroom...I was shocked suddenly seeing a stranger inside my room ...embarrassing...he didn't even apologize once..I know that they can come inside any time but there should be a basic manners right??.my day s ruined coz of this guy.I don't know his name ...he has written jp on slip
