Best Interior And Exterior Treatments in Phoenix AZ

I have been battling ants in my yard for 6 months if not longer. Every time this company comes out to treat the ant hills the ant hills multiply. They treated in Aug 2022, I called a couple weeks later to advise that I still am battling ants. Their response was as usual…Give it a couple weeks as it takes that long for chemical to work.On 10/24/22 I counted & took pictures of 29 active ant hills plus a new one at the end of our driveway. On 10/24/22 I called & spoke to Supervisor Sammie to cancel my contract as I felt they were Not living up to their end of the contract. She said it would cost Me $200 to cancel because they gave me a $200 discount on the first treatment! She further asked if I would allow her to send someone out the next day (10/25) to try to make it right. Today is now 10/31, no one has come to my house, or called & I’ve been home every day! I think they’re just hoping I’d just go away! And for this kind of treatment, This company is charging me $40/month and for What? And they want to charge me $200 to break my contract, for doing Nothing?I was treating my own yard prior to this company & was by far doing a better job. My little dog, myself & my daughter have All received several ant bites & I am getting tired of this.

Was having multiple reoccurrences they have come out and done the entire property so upped my stars since they are worling with me to rectify it. Will wait to see if the termites stay gone and raise again if they do.

Very friendly service and effective treatment

I have used this company for over one year, through one of my neighbors, who highly recommends them. I have been very happy with all of the team members who come and treat the outdoor areas. I am very impress with today's serviceman named Landon Lowe. Not only did he spray around the areas, but he laid down some poisonous seeds in the rocks so that if it rains, the seeds will melt and treat the landscape region. Also, he checked the box to treat the rodent problems in the area. In the garage, he put some sticky strips to trap some of the different insects that might be coming in. He was very thorough and professional. Again, for this company, I would definitely recommend their service to all people.

I have been using Creepy Crawly Pest Control for almost 3 years now. They have always done a great job so I thought it would be fun to do some scorpion hunting like I have seen them do at other places.So at 9pm, after it’s all dark, we get our black light flash lights out and we headed out to the back yard. After 45 mins of hunting & not finding 1 scorpion.... I was like well, looks like you guys do too good of a job! I was disappointed that we didn’t find anything but I was sooooo happy we didn’t find anything!Thank you Holly & Tim for at coming out! Even though we didn’t see anything, it was fun to hunt!If you are in need of a reliable pest control, be sure to give these guys a call! You will be very happy with their service!

We had Brian for our technician this afternoon and were very pleased. He did more then we expected. We feel so protected by those unwanted scorpions plus all the other bugs! Excellent job!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

I have been a customer of Steve Moose’s pest control service for 6+ years. During the Summer months we experience a handful of scorpions in our home, but thankfully they are dead upon discovery. We did have a cricket infestation last year, which Steve promptly treated and returned for a backup treatment at no additional cost.
