A1 Bed Bug Exterminator is the best pest control company I have ever worked with! Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. They were able to help me with my spider problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services!

I would not recommend unless you want to give away $175. The owner came to my home and sold me on customer service and 30 day guarantee. Started off good. After 10 mins at my home owner was supposedly done. 3 days after service, bees were still there. After calling for a week straight for owner to come back, leaving voicemails, and calling about 3 different numbers on company website and receipt, NO CALL BACK. No lie as I am writing this review (service done mid April 2017) nothing... I mean a simple courtesy call back would've avoided me writing this review but still NOTHING. It was a horrible experience. Take my advice (or not) but your better off elsewhere.

Aldo was very responsive and called me literally moments after I clicked for more information. When he set an appointment he showed up on time and respectful of the property. I appreciate that he was constantly giving us information about what he did and did not find and provided solutions for the issue he did find. I would definitely use Arizona's Exterminator Co. again. Thank you for a great job!

Marde-Sue showed up fast and she put me at ease when she got here. I am allergic to bees and they had made their way in my house, I was in a full blown panic. She calmed me down and exterminated all of them quickly and efficiently. If I ever have another bee problem I will definitely request Marda-Sue to be on my job again.
