Pedro from Blue Sky Pest Control completed a termite inspection for me last week and I was very impressed with his visit. He was very polite and most importantly very thorough and detailed. After the inspection he reviewed what services Blue Sky could offer and what best fit my needs. Absolutely no pressure to contract services that I did not need and respected my decision. That type of Customer Service is absolutely wonderful!! I have used Blue Sky Pest Control for bug and scorpion treatments for years and have never had any issues. Their technicians are always courteous and respectful and their Office Staff are also incredible. I would highly recommend dealing with this company for all your pest control needs.

Friendly service, fair price, and easy to schedule

Made an appointment for the afternoon which they said was fine only to call the next day and switch it for the earliest time possible. If you work a normal job don't use this company because they have no consideration of your schedule. The guy Jason only spent maybe 10minutes here. He only did the outside as I couldn't have him come inside and spray because my roommates were sleeping. He only did half the backyard. Then he told me that if it didn't work then to call on Monday and they would set a later time for next week when the person I called on the phone said there was no later avalible times for up to 2 weeks. They said they called everytime and texted for a week but I had to contact them myself because they didn't have the correct information and even after I verified multiple times my contact information, they called me by the wrong name. Overall their agenda is for them and they don't care about your needs or when you are busy or not. Jason said he didn't see not one ant, but that is because he didn't go around to the whole yard, wore sunglasses, and sprayed for maybe 5 minutes and was there a total of 10 minutes. Not happy and not a good way to start my day.

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! They have been servicing our home for years before we moved in, and we look forward to using them for years to come!

We have a cabin up in Prescott, and Azex comes out quarterly. They are awesome. Jared our service guy is fantastic. He is patient, helpful, educational, and goes above and beyond to help out. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
