I can't say enough about Allan and his team. During a remodel, a brass fitting fell down one of the toilets' drains during toilet replacement. The issue layer dormant for a while until it worked it way down the main sewer line. We had two other companies out. They automatically wanted to charge us $5-7k to break open the floor, cut the pipe, remove the fitting, and put everything back. This would have been a nightmare inside our newly remodeled home. Allan worked for hours and would not give up with the snake and a camera until he was able to push the brass fitting down the sewer line to a place where he could retrieve it. He didn't take the easy way out. He took his time and did it the right way. I've been in business for over 20 years. Allan runs his company the way a business owner should. We should support small businesses like Springs Plumbing and not give into the sales tactics of the larger companies. Great job, Allan. I can't tell you how much we appreciate you.
