If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL pest control company, this is it! They use only organic and natural products which means any animals and birds eating dead bugs don't get sick or die themselves. They come to my house every other month for treatment. And, in between treatments, if there is a problem, they return free of charge! They go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Justin is my regular guy and he is fantastic! He not only takes care of everything, but he also educated me on what is causing some of the issues I was having (what to do and not do). Justin also even came in my house to check something out for me. He consistently goes above and beyond!

We had pigeons! The Pigeon Specialist are awesome! Our roof was cleaned, inspected and treated. When the pigeons came back and found a new spot, so did the Pigeon Specialist. They treated the new area and didn't charge us!! I have to add and I know it was by luck but the Pigeon Specialist came back within hours. They were in the Goodyear area so I got lucky, but it was nice that they take this job seriously and they will not charge you for something you do not need. Which is why they had to come back. In their 1st visit there was no activity to the are they had to come back and treat. They left it up to me, but told me we don't want to charge you if there's no activity. So that's it. I highly recommend these guys!

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I have been using AZEX Pest Solutions for multiple sites around the valley. They are always prompt and professional when handling our extermination needs. Dorie is always on top of any concerns that arise and Caleb interacts with our staff to ease any pest concerns that they have. He has even provided education to staff concerning different types of pests and best practices for avoiding pest issues. From ants to bed bugs these guys have the tools and training needed to alleviate all of our issues.

Bulwark has always done right by us. They work hard for a reasonable price and if I’m not satisfied or we are still having problems they always come back out to get the job done right. Robert, our bug guy, is professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is safe from pests while staying safe for our pets and children. It’s a balancing act for sure but I’m glad to have him.

A five star experience! I’ve always feared scorpions. My friends have gotten them. I hear about them. I’ve even watched videos of them to try and get over my fear. My day finally came when a tiny little yellow scorpion find its way into my laundry room floor, and boy was I not prepared. Michael came out and explained so much about these creepy critters and spent a lot of time spraying our home. I feel so much better now. Thank you again!!!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
