James' treatment/review was so extensive and he was so professional and friendly that I requested he be our assigned technician moving forward. I was so impressed by his thoroughness that 1) I requested a termite treatment estimate from Bug Science for the business; and 2) I will use Bug Science and James for treatment at my home.

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

Very diligent and reliable. Came out multiple times over several weeks to make sure the problem was taken care of. Worth the money to get elimination done professionally. Recommend!

Awesome work very helpful and insightful and very very kind I’m enjoying the services provided and the results I’m seeing they have helped with all the problems I’ve had and besides the bugs (which have deteriorated quite a bit in just the two appointments I’ve had so far ) I haven’t seen a spider haven’t had flea problems or anything else of the sort and your guy’s customer service is also very polite great company and Cyrus is a great technician :) I wouldn’t even think of switching to any other service

Good company, good people

The whole process is incredibly easy and everyone is very informative. They asked our preferences on PPE and respected what we wanted. They have really flexible contract options, and you can even choose to not have a contract at all. Overall my experience was wonderful and I highly recommend them.
