They build a stand alone patio for us.
It may have been a bit pricey for what it was but the quality of work was top notch so it was worth every penny. Ociel is also a good guy so that helps. I will be calling them first for my next major project.

Tim Mavis was awesome. Did a great job of informing me of everything, going over the survey results, walking the property and looking things over, giving suggestions on how to maintain my foundation so I don't have any issues in the future, etc. Would strongly recommend Ram Jack for anyone's foundation needs.

I recently hired 1C3:9 Renovators for a concrete slab work in the side yard of my house (the RV parking space), Julian came out scoped the work and provided an instant estimate. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He gave me a very good idea about what design and product would w best fit in the space and the serve the purpose. We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
