My experience with Bills was very nice. I was able to get appointments for an termite inspection and service very quickly. The price for the termite treatment was also very fair. I must say that I was impressed from the get go with this place. They were very professional and polite. They gave my a time and the tech Julian was on time very knowledgeable, friendly. After using this company for over a year they are always on time or notify me if they’re going to be a few minutes late. They go above and beyond to be responsive and come out for any extra services if I’m having a problem in between normal monthly service. Finally found a great exterminator… Very happy.

I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and most important honest! They offer a guarantee, which we haven't needed because they were so thorough we haven't seen one bug... Definitely a top-rate company with fair prices.

Two days ago (8/21/2012) I paid Paul's Pest to renew my annual termite protection and made an appointment for them to inspect and treat my home. They didn't show up, didn't call, and do not answer their office phone.

Does anyone know if Paul's Pest is still in business?
