Best Beetle Control in Phoenix AZ

Bryan at Green Home Pest control comes off as a nice guy and looking to provide the best service, however, this is not the case. I ordered a singleone-time service approximately 2 months ago. I was given a price of which we agreed to and I paid for. I told Bryan as well as the tech that I did not want an every other month service until I knew the initial service worked. Shortly after they completed the service I paid for, they charged me the monthly service rate, which I had to call and get refunded. I told Bryan again at that time that I did not want a monthly service. Maybe it was a mistake...I let it go. Fast forward to today, I receive a notice that they will be out for my monthly service next week. I reiterated that I never signed up for the monthly service. Bryan then has the audacity to tell me my initial one-time service price was contingent on signing up for a monthly service and that I will have to pay an additional $75. Not good business in my opinion. Although this company has overall good ratings, I DO NOT recommend them as you may get a random charge for something you did not sign up for.

Eric was awesome and in addition to my regular bimonthly extermination service, he did a special wall and drain treatment in the bathroom. I told him we were having some cockroach problems (sewer) in one particular area of one bathroom. He inspected the area and found the likely place where they may be entering. After treating several areas, he said he heard activity in the wall and told me what to expect. I originally signed up with Insectek several years ago after a tenant left my house dirty and with a serious ant problem. I never intended to stay on as a regular customer, but I’ve never left and can highly recommend them!!

We’ve been using them for years and we have been mostly scorpion-free for quite a while now. They are on time and quick.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is needing pest control.

Love WHPM! Called two places closer to me that made appointments and never showed. Called WHPM and they are here on time or early for every scheduled appointment so far. I had a serious ant issue living out on the mountain that is virtually non existent now. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a pest control solution.

They were very thorough with the inspection and even showed me everything they looked at along the way. The day of treatment the gentleman was polite and did a good job. I could tell he moved furniture to get all surfaces covered. Very pleased with the service I got! I will renew the warranty they offered (which is awesome).

Alex has been our Pest Control Technician for a little over a year at our apartment complex. We get excited to see him for our weekly pest control service because he always goes above and beyond for the community and the residents feel at ease when they meet with him if they have any questions or concerns. He is pro-active and will inform us of any issues he noticed while servicing the community such as an active beehive that we may not have noticed before.
