Ivan did a wonderful job.  Ever since he has been coming to treat the house and yard, I have not seen any insects or bugs at all.  Love it.

We had a new guy today but we’ve been customers for years and as always it was great we have a full house with dogs so we have to sometimes rotate who’s where or outside or in and it went extremely well and was fast and easy again as always feel bad not leaving a review sooner but we refer them to anyone who has bug problems or like us prevents bug problems by spraying monthly to avoid dangerous or pessimistic bugs! Highly recommend and back the company and products they use!

Update:
Found that the only piece of furniture that we took with us to our new house had some bugs that didn't die from the first spray that the horrible pest control company (mentioned below) did and we ended up needing our new house sprayed. It was feeling like a never ending nightmare. Called Dylan and he was there the next day to spray. Always on time and always so willing to sit and talk me through everything. It has now been 3 months and there is not a bug in sight. I now use White Horse for my regular pest control needs every other month. Dylan even does a courtesy inspection just to make sure there is no signs of bed bug activity in our house. He is very thouough and takes his time spraying to make sure the treatment is effective. I am a customer for life!

Great service. Had a previous infestation in our apartment (and dealt with a horrible pest control company for it) and found a live bug after a month in our new house. I called and they came for an inspection in less than 3 hours. Very professional, calmed my fears, and gave suggestions on how monitor activity. Will definately use them in the future if needed.

All the bugs are gone plus the scorpions. I have been happy with Bug Science for almost a year. They are on time as scheduled, and are courteous which is good for someone you're going to let into your home. I have a lot of vegetation where bugs live and Bug Science helps me keep up with it. We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I have used Arizona Pest Prevention for my last three homes and they are great. Always on time and Always show up when they say they will.

Better price and service than the big companies. One of the big companies wanted to charge 1200 for all these unnecessary things but they were able to control the problem for way less than that. The owner was the one who serviced me and was very professional and honest. They were always on time and available whenever I needed them. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others!

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

Multiple re-treatments required. Scheduled appointment within warranty period with very limited availability only to be cancelled without notification or call. Customer service unwilling to uphold the warranty based on their own inadequate service and mistakes.
