Best Bed Bug Elimination in Phoenix AZ

This company is very professional, timely and thorough. I used them for over 25 years when I lived in Arizona and glad they have expanded to include Nevada.

Sean was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing. I was very impressed.

I couldn't be happier, with Nick, both professionally and personally, after having used two other Pest Control services in the past, without good nor ethical results. (I asked one not to use rat glue traps in my attic, due to the torturous aspect. He ignored my request! The result was haunting.)

Professionally:
Nick answered my call regarding a massive cricket issue, which I thought might entail tearing open a wall. Anyone else might have taken advantage of my ignorance. Nick did not. He answered the call immediately, came to my home, within a few days, sprayed and explained how it works. 3 1/2 weeks later, I noticed a third cricket, pointed out by my cat. I called Nick. He came out and sprayed again, at no extra charge.

Now, nearly 3 months later, I have seen NO CRICKETS.

I wanted to wait a couple months and then kept forgetting to write this review. Then, while listening to a recording of an educational phone call, I heard a loud recurrence of cricket invasion and thought OH NO, NOT AGAIN!
It was not a recurrence ! The recorded call , was about 3 months ago and was done prior to Nick's visit. I could barely hear the recorded speaker over the sound of the crickets!! It was only a recording!
STILL NO CRICKETS!

Personally: I have taken off work, numerous times, for various job quotes. (Pest control, handy man, landscapers, electrician, ...) More than not, they did not show. Or, they showed and ripped me off.

Nick, on the opposite side of the spectrum, brought a pleasant combination of ethics and kindness.

I try not to kill animals, even pests. However, if it will bring damage to my home or threaten my family/pets, I will certainly call Nick again!

We used AZ Heat 2 years ago at one of our homes in Mesa. We were very pleased with their service. Just recently we needed their services again at a home in Surprise, we were relieved to know we could call AZ Heat and and we would be taken care of again!!!!!

Ive used them twice this year been using Orkin for years. i have so many crikets its driving me crazy i called a week ago and they have no one for a week and a half thats 3 more days . I cant wait that long its so bad with the crikets will call tomorrow moring which is monday

I recently switched to Sexton from another pest control company. I have been very happy with the service I have received and the customer service is amazing. I use them both for personal use at my home and they service my 144 unit property that I manage. My residents have mentioned how nice their Mike is and how safe they feel while they are in their home. Every time I call they are on it and out within 24 hours. They have yet to let me down. Small shop with staff that can help with almost any problems you may have.

The Dales came out yesterday and did an inspection and sprayed for insects,etc. Service was great and I will be using them ongoing!

I don’t post many reviews. But wanted to say how pleased I am with Guardian and their service tech David. Always very helpful and responsive, when I’ve had an issue. There have been challenges with my house, based on the way it was built and set up. He has always met the challenges with professionalism and provided great service. Would highly recommend

Great pest control company. I called in for one time service but the service was very good that I decided to hired them for a every 2 month service membership. Will recommend this company to friends and family.

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!
