We love Guaranteed Pest! Ever since we have been using them we haven’t had any issues with scorpions or crickets. They always offer to spray in the house and garage and are very thorough. We have been using them for a couple years now and are very pleased with their service.

They sprayed for ants and LITERALLY the next day I had the same issue. Ants did not go away! Immediately notified the salesman that came knocking at my door to offer their services. And he advised me that he can have his guys do a re-spray, re-spray never happened. I called customer service and I come to find out that they are a recurring monthly fee, so the 40$ they charged me to spray was not a one time event, they will charge 40$ monthly even though I did not sign any paperwork. Again I SIGNED ZERO PAPERWORK.! When the guy took my card I was under the impression that it was a one time payment. Still I never signed an agreement for the monthly payment. So be aware if you are using their services.

I would never recommend their services and their customer service is even worse!

Panda was absolutely amazing today! They seem like a great, caring company. They patiently listened to my concerns and explained everything they have to offer. The guy who did the service was phenomenal too. He took the time to show me a cobweb and explain about that type of spider, he was hoping it would come out so he could show me. He was really knowledgeable about pests and went above and beyond explaining everything. Thanks Panda!

We've been with Terminix for over 10 years. One time ticks got into our master bedroom. I think the neighbors had been to the mountains. Our technician came out so many times to do the room and the outside walls. Our dogs had ticks on their bodies -- not many -- we just pulled the tick off and put it in alcohol. Our present technician is great. Eric really takes care of us. Right now (June 2013) we have tiny, stinging ants. He'll get rid of them. Terminix is the best.

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. Nothing came back on the shed and nothing on our home. We trust the pro's at Bill's

We have used Preventive Pest for the last 16 + years. We have found them to be punctual, friendly and knowledgeable from the office staff to the technicians. Their product keeps the pests away. I have always had pets that seem physically unaffected by their product, which is very important to me.
