I got with this company through my inspection guy when I was buying my new house-- so I didn't choose them, they came with the inspection guy that works with my realtor. The company did an initial pest control service since I had termites, and then when I needed a follow up, they didn't show up for their appointment. And I had waited days for it, and I was seeing pest droppings (!) and I work at an office (I go in, not work at home) and so when I schedule something with a company it is not easy and I expect a company to respect their appointments and my time, like I do theirs.
They didn't even schedule the appointment even though they told me they did. and then when they told me (the day of!) that no one was showing up, they asked for photos of the pest issue in my house so they could ask around to help me. I thought maybe they could redeem themselves by following up on that. So, I sent photos and they never wrote back.
Wow, just wow. Even though I have a one year warranty with them for termite service, I moved to another company altogether. I would rather pay a company that actually follows through and has more respect for me.

This company is now my forever pest control company as they know what they are doing and their products work! Also are pet and kid friendly! They take the time to listen to my concerns and help me understand what their products will do to eliminate the problem that I had.

With the wet weather, we had many types of bug infestation on our property. We did our best to treat ourselves for months. We called T-Bird and Gary, the owner, came out the same day for an estimate. Within a week we had massive improvements in our plant health and elimination of insects. Thank you Gary for taking excellent care of us at a reasonable cost!

The team at Foothills is polite and personable, very kind people! Unfortunately that's only part of the business. We had to deal with cockroaches for a year despite them coming 1-2 times per month to 'exterminate'. The roaches continue with slight decrease in activity. They used the same preventative tactic which showed not to work on each visit, except 1. I'm sure they do well for other pest 'control' on their site but roaches pose an issue. After questioning why this issue wasn't able to be remedied, I did not receive a response.

Very honest company, I have had both of the gentlemen out to my house and they are always the most helpful people. I have called them as late as 11 and they always will answer to help!! Great people

I would definitely recommend Arizona's Best Choice. Hanna was very professional and personable. She was really thorough in her inspection, and took the time to answer all my questions. The price was also very competitive. I'm glad we choose to go with Hanna at Arizona's Best Choice.

Termite: Super professional, they did a great job, no mess, came in at estimate. What more could I want? Termite insurance so those little jerks can't come back? They got me covered there, too! :-)

The folks at Rainbow Pest Control are great at what they do and so kind. They go above and beyond and spend time explaining what they found, how they plan to treat the problem, and how we can prevent it from happening again.

I had a wasp issue at my house, multiple nests outside and a few baby wasps inside. They took care of the problem and continue to keep it under control. I appreciate their humane approach — they were careful not to do anything that would disturb the bees, which was important to me.
