Best Pest Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We have used this company since we moved in to our new house, almost three years ago. TJ has been our guy the entire time and does a great job. It’s nice when it’s not a different guy every week. Solid service.

Ryan came to my house for a free consultation for bed bugs, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled the same day!
He was able to show me the bugs, and explain how they rid the house of them.
Zach came and performed the heat treat and told me how to clean up, and recommended things for me to do to keep them away!

Salesman came to door to offer services. While most salesman are pushy, this gentleman was far from. I was pondering pest control as was so maybe I was more receptive. But regardless, he wasn’t pushy, worked around my budget and timing for payment setup and even though the schedule originally wouldn’t work out around my budget, he didn’t push off getting the job done, or doing so in a manner in which would set me up for failure (both taking care of pest problem AND budget). Another gentleman came to complete service. He was thorough, attentive to our specific needs, and extremely kind and professional. Plus they have an easy to use app in which you can send pictures and request a FREE service in between the quarter should any pest problems occur before your next service while still coming out as scheduled. So far so good!

We’ve used Pigeon Specialist before to net off areas of our roof where pigeons like to roost. We have a big problem in our part of the valley. I’ve been consistently pleased with any of the work we have had done with Pigeon Specialist. We have had them come out to fix other companies mistakes, at this point Barry and his team at The Pigeon Specialiat are the only people I want working on our pigeon problem. I have been using Allgon for over 10 years. They have always shown up on time and the rates are fair and consistent. In the 10 years I have used them, I have not seen any bugs at all. The crickets chirp but they are on my neighbors yard! Allgon has created an invisible barrier around my house and the service works. I want to thank Craig for always taking care of me when I'm not available. He always locks the gate after leaving. It is so nice to have a company that really takes care of you and takes pride in the work they do. We used Paul's for the termite inspection of our house before purchasing it. Paul marked that there was no visible evidence of termites. Immediately upon moving in, our pest control company noticed termite mud tunnels just simply walking up to the front door. Four other companies completed inspections and all found termite activity. It's very frustrating that we paid for this inspection and yet the free inspections we received afterwards were better.

It is the third time servicing our property and still not real treatment at all. They come with a spray to scare the termites away until they show later up on another room. As a real estate investor and owning many properties for years we are very familiar with the termite’s situation.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable service tech. They were actually on time and able to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be calling again for all my pest control needs.
