Pest control techs need new training cause contracted with my apartment complex and telling them bed bugs dont travel to units lie. Prior experience of bed bugs they do travel and also called other pest control and they confirmed they do.

Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

I bought a house and it turned out to be a bad case of buyer's remorse. It had termites and they did quite a number on the house. A friend of mine recommended Gary and I called him up. He came quickly and was patient as I looked over my options. I tried finding someone to repair the termite damage and he actually gave me two very solid leads, one of which is actually repairing my place right now.

Not only did he spray my place, he actually collaborated with the construction company to really make sure the termites were gone. He came over, even after he already treated my house, and offered to spray underneath the paneling of my house if there was more infestation. He was actually able to verify that the termites were gone.

I still have a lot to do on my house, but the termites are gone and I am making progress and it is because he really went above and beyond to help me. He was timely, efficient, polite, and just all around a great person to do business with. If I ever have friends and family that have issues with termites, he is going to be the one I recommend. And I recommend him to all of you too.

Very pleased with this company. I called three companies before them. One of them said they could get to my needs in three days, the other said in two. A-Agents came out the same day, which was great because I had a disgusting rat sneak into my house, yuck. The other guys didn't seem to care, even after I expressed my problem to them.
P.S. The third company didn't answer the phone.

Tonight is the first night in a week that I will be able to sleep peacefully thanks to Dorie and Caleb at AZEX Pest Solutions! I called so many different pest control places to get rid of the cricket that had been chirping every single night this week. My prayers were answered when I spoke with Dorie - she felt my pain, and then Caleb arrived and that mofo cricket came crawling out covered with white dust. Boom. Done. Caleb went above and beyond by sealing the holes and also leaving insect traps! All the other places I called said it would be a week, wanted more money and refused to seal up the holes.
