Aldo is professional, personable, efficient, and overall amazing at his job. He presents all of the different options to you, and isn't out to just make a buck. I just recently bought a home and despite an inspection report that did not show any termite evidence, Aldo's inspection showed it was clear they missed some very obvious signs of termite activity. He gave me a couple of different options for approaching the problem to prevent any further issues with termites, and was very thorough in explaining how each of them would work and protect my home. As soon as I made a decision on which route I wanted to take, he was at my house within a week to get the job done! I would recommend Aldo's company 10x over!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kenneth, who was professionally attentive to the recent rodent problem that developed. Our homes perimeter is not easily traversed, yet he went the distance to make sure all of the bait stations were filled. Kenneth Workman was nice and friendly, and our 'critter' issue seems to have been resolved. I highly recommend their services.

I have used Arizona Pest Prevention for my last three homes and they are great. Always on time and Always show up when they say they will.

Still had termites and treatments didnt last. Poor work and they came back out to fix the termites and they still kept coming. I will never use them again. But they do answer in the office and seem to care but the work is bad

The guys spraying did awesome. The office people are terrible. I can't answer my phone while I'm at work when they call me to try and schedule another appointment but i have been calling the office for a month to pay my bill. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day it is. Are people even working in the office? Why can't you guys answer your phone? Will not be doing business here anymore.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
