Danny is the man! We’ve had 4 services so far with Proactive and all have been great. We’ve seen a steady decline in activity and almost never see a roach anymore, which is a far cry from where we were. Danny has been on it, is thorough with inspection and sprays and is just a good guy. Would highly recommend

This pest control they get together whit aparments complex to rip off people i live in a apartment where the provide the service to the apartment and know they are charging me $575 dollars for the treatment they provide to the aparments where a live for bedbugs not fear

Left a message on day 1 and NO RETURN CALL. Called the next day, day 2 to be answered by the receptionist who sounded like she did not want to be bothered then transferred me to Andrea who also sounded like she did not want to take the call. If you do not like customer service maybe you should speak up so you do not have to take customer calls and be rude. I read all the reviews and it seems the worse of this company are the ones who actually take the calls not to mention the bad drivers.

Terminix installed bait stations around my house during the winter. Now that summer has arrived, I discovered that the bait stations punctured my irrigation systems water line cause flooding around my house. I’ve been trying to call them and no one returns my calls. They advised I would be contacted in 24 hours and it’s almost been a week. I had to call another company to address the problem because they won’t respond.

I have never had any issues with Preventive Pest. They are professional and they get rid of the bugs and of the bugs come back; you can just call and they will come and spray again.
