Best Storm Damaged in Phoenix AZ

My 20-year old roof at my rental property was showing signs of wear and tear and needed a new underlayment so I hired Scott Roofing to do the new installation to replace my old roof. They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and sent photos.

We called TSM Roofing to come and give us aestimaten of replacing the underlayment of our tiled roof. They came out gave us an estimate, the quality of material was very good, they also gave us a date it could be done. The day they were supposed to start they were punctual and the;y completed the job in 3 days. They cleaned up the place and the next day you could not tell they had been there it was very clean. We are very happy with them.

No call just showed up made me late to work had to show where the leak was.

We received 6 company bids to do our roofing. We selected Brown Roofing based on their professionalism, reviews, and quality presented.
We were extremely pleased about the work that has been done. The entire job was completed on time in less than four days with a pleasant crew and boss oversight. I could find no problems at all with the work done and the cleanup each day was impeccable! They were punctual and responded politely and completely with questions posed to them. I used Centrik a year ago for my casita with a unique tile roof. Augusto, said no problem and he did very timely, exactly how I asked and he had the best price! What can be better? Then we had a repair on our house (tile), and he came out and gave a fair quote and knocked it out beautifully within a week. This time I didn't even get another quote. I knew I was getting the best. Don't go with the big corporate folks; too expensive and you wait way too long. Stay local and go with Centrik.

I hired Ironwood Roofing to fix a few leaks on my roof as well as reinforce areas that might fail sooner rather than later. Chris was a doll to work with. Even before he and his men came to do the entire job he came over before a storm to fix the major leak. His men were there for an entire day and came back with more calking. I believe they did a little extra work to make sure all was well. Very pleased with IR, Chris, and the workers. I would highly recommend.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
