We were extremely pleased about the work that has been done. The entire job was completed on time in less than four days with a pleasant crew and boss oversight. I could find no problems at all with the work done and the cleanup each day was impeccable! They were punctual and responded politely and completely with questions posed to them. A great job and highly recommended!

Great experience

I called on Stonecreek Roofing for a close friend who lives just outside of Phoenix and was not comfortable finding or speaking to a roofing company about possible storm damage to their roof. Whichever company they called on first, they inundated him with high pressure phone calls to hurry up and schedule their services. After doing a quick search and reading multiple reviews, I chose Stonecreek Roofing. So glad I did! Carrie took my call and took the time to hear me out, listened to the concerns that my friend had and then recommended that my friend provide a good day and time for a roof inspection. So, that's what we did and the entire process was very smooth and super professional. As it turns out, there wasn't any storm damage (big relief!) but there were some areas of concern on the roof that were repaired fairly easily. I wish more roofing contractors would follow lead of Carrie and the others over at Stonecreek Roofing. Thanks again, Carrie!

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
