Our roof suffered some wind damage that peeled up a good sized portion of one corner, maybe 6x8 feet. The insurance adjuster came out and agreed to a roof replacement due to age/heat damage. The roof was only 12 years old and the heat damage was most likely due to inadequate attic ventilation.
TSM was my 1st call as they are local and had good ratings. Sheldon came out to inspect the damage and he provided me with an explanation of what to expect from the insurance company and timeline of repairs if I should choose TSM. I left him to do his inspection and when I returned I found he had removed the damaged portion of the shingles and installed a temp patch at no charge. That was enough for me to go with TSM.
We got a more energy efficient shingle than previously installed, upgraded our attic ventilation and most importantly (to the wife) got a better color all at the same time. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend TSM.

I contacted this company to evaluate a possible roof leak, because there was water damage in my family room ceiling. They put a tarp on the roof ($100.00) and gave me an estimate of approximately $5000 to repair a roof leak that they claimed was caused by faulty workmanship. The inspector for my homeowners insurance claimed the leak was the result of the roof vents. After having another roofer inspect the property, it was determined that there was NO roof leak. The water is coming from the air conditioner overflow in the attic. There is absolutely no evidence of a roof problem in that area. When I contacted Almeida Roofing to advise them that the tarps that I paid for were not needed and that they had given me an estimate to repair damage that didn't exist, I spoke with KEVIN. He was defensive, argumentative and rude. I tried to explain to him that my interior damage is much more extensive because of the misdiagnosis and the tarps were not needed. Furthermore, the technicians removed caps and tiles and did not replace them properly, which I will have to have replaced. I also brought up the fact that the estimate was basically bogus. His response was then don't sign the contract. Find someone else. Which, obviously, I already have. I feel that Almeida roofing should be responsible for the repair of what they did. I have cracked and misplaced tiles/caps because they pulled some off and walked on my tile roof and cracked tiles. Also, I should not pay for the tarps. Almeida Roofing is a rip-off.

If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.
