This company is amazing!!! We were lucky to work with Jeff who is wonderful… he walked us through the process, communicated every step, gave us options and went above and beyond anything I had ever expected. I will share with family and friends to use Jeff for all their roofing needs :)

So happy with our experience with TSM Roofing. Sheldon and Dustin were great to work with and the crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves. WILL use them again on rental homes!

Our experience with this company was mostly good, but in the end a substandard topcoat sealant really hurt Renco's review with us, because it is the component that determines whether the roof will last a long time or oxidize within a few short years and need early replacement.

Some good points: Renco's bid was neither the lowest nor the highest of the 5 companies and 4 different types of roofing materials we considered. However, they were the ONLY contractor willing to take the old roof off before putting the new roof on. In fact, the salesman said that's the only way Renco is willing to do flat roofs, by tearing off the old roof first. And because we had a 20-year-old torch-down roof that was leaking in several spots, this was the only thing that made sense to me. Why would all these other companies want to install a roof that costs $10-15k or more right on top of an old, leaky roof that has blisters and buckles from 20 years of Arizona heat?

Workmanship was good, but not excellent. The Ripout crew was excellent. The Foam crew was amazing. The Topcoat, as previously stated, was terrible. At first I thought it might have been the topcoat crew that was to blame, but then I realized Renco's standard application process simply does not use enough topcoat material. I've asked the salesman, the foam crew and the topcoat crew how much sprayed-on elastomeric it takes to achieve the industry standard (~15 mils thickness) on a rough surface like polyurethane foam. Nobody knew the answer.

I can tell you from experience that Renco has a standard topcoat application rate that does not account for very rough areas, extra porous areas, and other hard-to-fill areas. And besides, various tradesmen I've spoken with say elastomeric should be rolled on for best results, not sprayed. So... while I was re-painting the parapet wall caps after roof installation, I also had to buy an extra 5 gallons of high quality elastomeric and re-seal several areas where the elastomeric topcoat was so inadequate that foam roofing material was still showing through after Renco had supposedly put down 3 coats (yeah, the topcoat crew came back out a second time, and it still wasn't right after 3 coats).

Renco may warranty the roof for 5 years, but I've been told by many reliable tradespeople that if you take care of these polyurethane roofs correctly, they should last practically forever. We didn't pay $12,700 to have the roof last only 5 or 10 years due to a substandard topcoat which would cause early oxidation and subsequent failure. So... I have and will continue to do everything in my power to make sure this roof lasts a good long time. And I'm sure it will last a long time, as long as I am the one doing the re-coating that is required every 3-5 years.

I'm glad we went with Renco for a number of reasons, but buyer beware. Inspect their work and don't accept the job until it is done absolutely right. If your topcoat looks uneven, get some good elastomeric and re-coat it yourself with a high-nap roller. Protect your investment.

Awesome Roofing Company! After searching for a good roofing company, we were fortunate enough to find Almeida Roofing. They removed our old roof and installed a new one and did a fantastic job! Very reasonably priced, great customer service, and they did a tremendous job! Our roof looks amazing! We highly recommend this Roofing Company, you won't be disappointed!

We had storm damage to our roof and called Multi Pro. Next day Hayden from Multi Pro came over and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company which helped out immensely. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Thanks to Hayden and Multi Pro for all they did making sure that the job was done in a timely manner and done right.

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

Alex Griffin and the team of experienced roofers he has behind him are top notch. I spoke to three different roofing companies prior to making my decision to move forward with him. He was always timely and fast to get me responses. I would highly recommend using him for all of your roofing and construction needs.

Through the whole process of me working with Best Choice Roofing, Justin was very helpful and understanding. Decided to get solar (Freedom Solar also terrible company) panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to replace the roof. I asked them to make sure all around the edges are cover and fill in so no rain can seep in but look at the picture. They are not going to fix it until it leaks. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails on roof and the yard everywhere. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

One of the Best, I take that back...the BEST roofing contractors in Arizona. They now do re-roofs for all those homes at the 15-20 year mark.Get a hold of them, I worked with John, one of the Residential estimators there. From the minute he showed up until the final cleanup of my property it was all communicated to me daily, status of the job, issues they came across and lastly the Final walk of the roof with photos so I could see the results and attention to detail these professionals have. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a roofing company. Thank you Diversified, you showed me why you're the biggest and best roofing company in Arizona.

the best or nothing

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Travis was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. And the price he quoted for a roof-replacement was amazing! His crew showed up and got right to work and finished the job in one day. They left my property spotless. Travis made the entire process super easy from start to finish. My new roof looks amazing and I am very happy with the experience I had with this company. I cannot recommend Next Gen enough!

I had these guys replace my skylight and 2 years later it's leaking. I went up to look and the foam around the skylight is cracked and flaking away.

After getting multiple quotes I found out there is a large crack extending away from the base of the skylight, It looks like they damaged my roof when removing the previous skylight and did poor patchwork on the repair.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

I work there great place to work always hiring new to the trade and experienced.
