He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

I needed some concrete tiles repaired and Jack the owner of the company came out gave me an estimate and returned to do the work himself. It was a pleasure to meet a man of integrity like him. First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Cheapest quote out of about 10 I got. They explained things better than others. Workers thou were quite messy and careless. Sometimes sounded like They were going to fall in roof. A big crack happened in garage they claimed it was there and it wasn't. It rained and i got a water leak. They didn't bother to fix ceiling in garage. Careless on covering the area near chimney where it leaked from when they were calling for rain, Or the crack. Had many others in the house too.

This roofing company was amazing the whole way through the process from working with my insurance company to get a fair claim to final cleanup. They replaced my roof, gutters, and siding and I couldn't be happier with the results. All work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using them again.

Brand new roof was added when I purchased the home in 2018. Clearly the job was not done well. Thank goodness I changed the lighting in my kitchen or I would have never found that there was a leak in my roof. Tons of corrosion found, which had to have been more than a year old, which can only mean their quality lasted max 3 years if not less. I reached out to them September only to have the owner downplay the damage and to tell me I am on a list. When it rains at all I literally have to have a bucket under my light, the new fixture is absolutely ruined and who knows what damage has been done the electrical components of my home! They have not answered a single call, text or email since September. So much for a BS and hassle free warranty.
Honestly, save yourself and pick a different company.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

Beware of their pickup trucks. A-hole driver of one of their clearly marked pickup trucks tailgated and generally drove unsafe a couple hours north of Phoenix on 1/3/16.
