Best Shingle Roof Replacements in Phoenix AZ

Lars came out 2 days after we contacted RENCO, super nice guy, he went over everything we needed to know so we went a head and scheduled for them to replace our flat roof.

They called us day before the scheduled day to confirm the job and what time they would arrive. Mark and his crew worked on our roof from 5am to 3, they got it all done in one day!! Very clean, covered everything around our house ( car, pool, patio furniture etc.) to protect it from over spray, to make sure it didn’t get anything on it.

We went with this company because of the good reviews and also how easy and knowledgeable Lars was. We are very happy !! We would recommend this company to anyone who’s in need of a new roof! Mark and his crew gets stuff done!

As for price, I’m happy with what we paid, could probably have found lower, but we were not looking for a Groupon deal, wanted a solid company that stands by their work.

The final work looks fantastic, they did a nice job with reroofing my house. But I was told before the job began that there would be a contractor walking me through every step of the job, explaining to me what they're doing. I was also told that I would get to go up on the roof with the contractor and have everything explain to me. As it ended up I did not see a contractor until one day after the job was done.

After a bad storm, our roof had maybe a dozen tiles that were damaged. We were referred by a friend and Mikku & Sons Roofing came out within a day to repair the roof. They even brought matching paint to paint the cement joints! They were speedy, professional and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. These guys damaged The drywall inside my house and I have still not heard back from them about fixing it. They were contracted by Tesla to do this. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails that my son could step on in my yard.

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.

This company cracked my ceiling and left the AC drain disconnected so I had water pouring into my bedroom in the middle of the night and I had to fight for them to agree to come and fix it and demanded they give me a date when they would be coming out to do so because they kept beating around the bush. When they finally came out to fix my ceiling all they wanted to do was paint over it and I had to fight again for them to properly fix the cracked ceiling. They did a terrible job fixing the ceiling and I have pictures of the terrible job done. They also unplugged and moved my AC and now does not properly work. I am now fighting for them to come out and fix it. And yes I did get my AC inspection before they started the job so they cannot say that it was not them. HERE IS THE PROOF FROM THE LEAKING, THE PART WHERE THEY REMOVED IT AND THE PROFESSIONAL FIX THEY DID TO MY CEILING .

I'm very pleased with the repair Ready Roofing performed at my house. The guys showed up early, knocked on the door to let us know they are there, and ready to start. Steve called me the night before to confirm the appointment. I just bought a new house that needs to have the underlayment replaced. I won't be looking elsewhere: Once call to Steve, and I consider the job as done.

We had damage to a roof vent due to recent high winds. It has been very difficult to get anyone out to repair it since it is such a small job. Curtis-C came through and got it done.

As a former employee of this company I would highly advise you to run as fast as you can. This company does not care about their employees or their customers. Erie has private investors and only cares about turning a profit. Management lies to their employees and teaches the reps to lie to their customers too. They will make you sit through a two to three hour presentation just to mislead you and price gauge you. You will have one or two reps in your home for the appointment and they will attempt to corner you into making a same day decision with their “advertising consent discount” that they offer to every single customer that doesn’t bite on the initial inflated price. Erie claims to have expert and factory certified installers but in reality they just hire random crews and the entire staff at Erie is a revolving door from reps to installation managers and even the installers.There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will do a great job on your home and Erie is not one of them. Don’t believe me? Check out their BBB complaints. Save yourself time and money and call the next company. Oh and by the way the reviews that are currently on the google page aren’t real customers. I’m sure there will be more fake reviews to try and cover mine up
