Best Shingle Replacements in Phoenix AZ

The Sales person told repairman wrong materials for repair this past Monday. Roofer said he'd call & would back Monday pm or today Tuesday with correct materials. Did not call or show up. Has ignored my text & phone call. Remodel of upstairs bathroom on hold until roof repaired. Waited over a month to get a date for repairs & salesman ignored my request for a date. They have a contract with our Association & obligated to use them. Have recommended to Association that they find another Roofer. I could overlook the delays if they had the decency & professionalism to return my calld.

Paid $550 for a roof tune up which on the phone would be replacing the missing shingles and fixing the leak on the rolled roofing of my patio. They came and replaced the shingles(look great) but then the guy never asked where the porch cover was leaking so when he said he was done I was like did you guys remember the porch cover. I can show you where it leaked to make sure and the guy said no need it's all sealed up. Then it rained and sure enough its leaking from all the same spots so I called and apparently that is not covered under a roof tune up even though on the phone before the job was started it was said that it will be taken care of. Not very happy with my experience after that.

My husband accidentally broke a shingle in our roof because he tried to get the flying saucer toy for Dobby ( our dog). My neighbor recommended Mikku and Sons because they did a great job with their roof. I contacted them immediately because I was afraid that more shingles would fall off the ground due to the wind. Good thing that they responded immediately! The team fixed and repaired my roofs thanks to their fast and efficient work. I have a good roofing and I feel more secure that no more shingle will fall from my roof.

Took care of my roof leak in a timely manner, priced right and great to work with. Would reccomend to anyone looking for roof work that needs to be done on their home.

We had roof damage back in Aug 2021. We had difficulty with the Insurance Company. Zona (Ryan) helped us with information. We had to wait until Jan 2022 to finally get the repairs done because of the Ins Co. Then rain hit us a couple of times and Zona helped us get our repairs done VERY quickly. The men were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great Job. Thank you so much for ALL of your help.

The completed product, completion of new roof was extremely well done. In fact my A/C person said this was the best roofing job that he had seen in over 40 years. Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

We were very pleased with Sean at PCC Roofing, who recently replaced the back half of our roof. He was thorough and prompt in giving his initial bid, and although there was a waiting time to get started, he kept us abreast of the status, and did the work when he said they would. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him and his crew again.

I had my tile roof replaced 5 years ago, and a couple of tiles have fallen out of place. The contractor who did the roof has gone out of business, so I contacted Edwin at Desert Canyon Roofing to fix the tiles. He was available and responded within an hour and set the tiles back into place. So, not a roofing job, just a goodwill effort on Edwin's part, and he did not charge me for the short trip onto my roof. What fine customer service to someone who was not even a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

The company sent their best roofer and did a top quality repair. They exceeded my expectations and even repairs sections where I was unaware of the leak. They took pictures of all work done and showed them to me with a complete explanation.
