They did a great job re-foaming my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! I can't say enough about Muti Pro Roofing Solutions. Kris Gator Chavez the Senior Project Manager was so great! Kris would call or text me back about any questions I had, he dealt with my insurance, Kris was always polite, kind and considerate, he was at the job on the day he said, I would highly recommend this company 100 percent his crew, oh my, they are awesome.! Crew went right to work, they know their job, they were all hard workers. I am very pleased with my roofing job, in all aspects. I would have given them more stars in all. attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry. I will definitely engage them again in the future should I need more roof repairs/replacements!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Our new home was built by this company and we had solar put on before we closed. A few years later we discovered a leak and asked them to come out and evaluate/repair the leak. We had the appointment set for over a week to meet the solar company at the same time so we could figure out who's at fault and what the issue was. An hour before our scheduled meeting I get a call from their office stating they don't have any record of the solar being put on at the same time as the roof and they think we did it after the roof was installed. Well just because you don't have record of that, that's not my problem. I'm 1000% certain it was put on at the same time because it was all purchased as new with the house. There's no way the solar wires would have been ran through the roof and walls inside the house if it wasn't done at the same time. If you this company would have even bothered to come out they would have been able to see that.

This company is trying to dodge responsibility because someone is their office doesn't keep good records. An ROC complaint has been filed for this issue and if you look on the ROC website you will see the NUMEROUS other complaints filed against this company as well.

Once again... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all costs... I cannot stress this enough!!!!

5 stars because I am a good guy

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

Workers wos verry proportional. Excilent service. I would recommend them.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.
