The staff were friendly and did a thorough job. It's 110 degrees outside and I've noticed our garage is very comfortable now. It was unbearable prior to the roof being redone. The gutter manager was very impressed with the work that was done. The flashings were done properly and he was impressed that they used the bird stop that had the larger weep holes which is more expensive and hard to find. They used 40# felt double layer as we requested. Many roofers were only using #30. Thanks for the great job!

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry. Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

I called Priority Roofing to do a new install over a barbecue pavilion, and I'm very pleased with them and their work. Eddie and Colten came to my house right away, looked over the job, gave me a very fair estimate, and had the job finished two days later. These guys are professional, personable, experienced, and really good at what they do. My entire house will need a new roof soon, and Priority Roofing has already earned that job when the time comes.
