We have a flat foam roof. After being disappointed with our previous roofing company, we asked for competitive bids to resurface our foam roof last year (2021). We selected Mikku & Sons Roofing to do the work and glad we did. Josh and Devin arrived on time for scheduled appointments and all work was done to our satisfaction.
No leaks, even after above-average rainfall. We recommend Mikku & Sons to all of our friends and neighbors.

Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

Had nothing but the best experience with Multi Pro roof solutions.I had hail damage on my roof and needed my roof replaced.A special thanks to Heber and Tommy Smith, for helping me out, Tommy is very knowledgeable and handled everything for me. They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. Decided to get solar panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to do a partial reroofing. Not only did they do a very poor job they failed to complete it and my home received water damage due to rain. It’s been 3 months and the issues still isn’t resolved. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

I got a quote from this company and they were too focus on upselling me on repairing my entire roof. What a waste of time! The estimator even gave a smog look when I told him I want my leaks repaired.

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Had a complicated manufacturer warranty issue with GAF. Diversified helped document the problem and helped me obtain the funds for repair. Additionally, the repair was difficult (had to remove defective ice and water shield), but the company patiently worked through the issues and got the job done. I’m one-hundred percent satisfied with their work.

(To be clear, Diversified had nothing to do with initial roof installation).

Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally. We had the roof done a couple of months ago and am very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Travis & Turner at Nextgen Coating & Roofing Systems.

Very unprofessional company I would not use them.I was just run off the road by one of their drivers and upon callingThey really did not care..Obviously ... spoke with Dean he was trying to be polite but unhelpful , then traffic supervisor hung up on me because he was rude and interrupting me, I'll get his name later. If you read other reviews you will see other people had problems with their drivers cutting them off on the road and being rude. until I speak to the owners of this company about their driving policy I will continue to let people know about this company and the way they act and treat people. It is very clear the only thing they care about is a rolling billboard sign, not the safety of people. I know if I own the company and I had drivers for me cutting people off on the road they would not be working there much longer I wouldn't be defending them in any way when you work for a company you represent that company especially when you're wearing their logo and driving there logo. No the incident occurred a few months ago and all the information was given to Dean and he knew exactly who the driver was but I'm sure that's been swept under the carpet. Take it up with Dean I tried to respond to your comments but I couldn't so I just added to my review. I do appreciate you reaching out as the owner and asking this information I wish you were as attentive a few months ago I had the information. Turned out almost 1,300 people so am I review on your company just one person didn't do business with you out of that 1300 my job is done. I had these guys replace my skylight and 2 years later it's leaking. I went up to look and the foam around the skylight is cracked and flaking away.

After getting multiple quotes I found out there is a large crack extending away from the base of the skylight, It looks like they damaged my roof when removing the previous skylight and did poor patchwork on the repair.

Someone else told me I needed $1000s of work done. I called Durafoam and found out the only problem was a bee hive blocking a scupper. The guy who came out cleared the scupper and told me I just needed to caulk around it. So glad I called them.

Sean and Brian did a great job on my roof. Perhaps just as importantly Sean spent lots of time with me beforehand making sure we got the job right and helping me with some other paperwork I needed to complete. There were some extra things I wanted doing on the roof and the team went out of their way to do these to make the job perfect. Altogether a great experience.
