Best Roof Replacement Cost in Phoenix AZ

Being as I’m a resident of a current complex they are repairing and I am hearing more of the noise on because I am on the second floor, these are my complaints.

They are blatantly dropping heaving items multiple times. I understand repairs but are you trying to add more things to be repaired in what you are dropping not to mention just because you are repairing the roof does not mean that you need to go out of your way to drop items all over and by a tenants window. Not only am I and probably several others working from home right now but this is uncalled for. I have family who works in construction and who even agree from the videos I have sent them. I mean dropping and being so darn loud I have had pictures fall from the wall. If the tenants are informed you will be on the roof at 8 am then why are you on the roof at 6:45 am???

We had our roof replaced a little over 2 years ago and it is beautiful!
Recently, we found out some issues with the roof and talked to their customer service. They have been great to work with and are going to come out and resolve the issues.

Mikku & Sons complete a roofing job on my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The job was started and completed in 2 1/2 days and the crew did an excellent job. The old roofing was removed and replaced with new roofing and the job was done professionally and with great attention to detail. We had our flat roof replaced and are very happy with our experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and they had the best price of several quotes we received. I would definitely recommend them.

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Our friends in sun lakes used them and the roof had a severe leak after they installed new underlament and flashings.
The valley channel installed was not per code. They used channel that was approximately 3 on each side of the valley. Code required 11 on each side. There was 3 short pieces of channel in a 6'-7' span. Supposed to be one solid piece. (I have a photo of the valley channel when they came back to fix the leak)

Excellent workplace with helpful staff who can help you with any contracting needs you may have. Recommended.
