The experience with Allstate Roofing could not have been better. Right from the start I emailed Veronica and to the end when the cleanup crew came and took away the debris. They were very professional from the initial visit all the way to the finish. Devin did the first inspection and estimate. He let us know the problem spots and the proposed solutions. He had options from a simple repair to an entire new roof. They have good communication on the project. The work was completed. We did have one issue with a wind turbine. They came back to inspect and replace. They are willing to work to make sure you are happy.

Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september.

I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.

Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total dog and pony show and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. I have friends in the construction business that have been over and complimented the workmanship and finished product. Other contractors as well.

We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours. The house will need some work done to the roof and when we proceed we will no doubt be using Sean and his crew.

I called Jack the roofer to look at my roof.
They were HIGHLY recommended to us by a friend.
We had some leaks coming inside. They came quickly and on time.
Explained everything clearly, and the work was professional and they cleaned up all the debris. Now we HIGHLY recommend them to everyone we know.
